Until Website Consultants came along, in the guise of Iain Kerr, my website had been languishing in a very unhappy state for over five years.
My previous web master had designed it for me more than ten years ago and he left me without any instructions of how to load or remove images or change text. It was extremely complicated and I was afraid to try in case I “broke something”. I needed to have a website but one that I could update and to which I would be happy directing my clients.
Iain has made that possible. In a few days he changed what needed to be changed and is now gradually showing me how to manage the site myself. Meanwhile he and I work together by email and on the phone to make changes and additions. He responds in minutes to my needs and is a fund of good advice.
